Arm Group means Arm Limited, a company incorporated in England (UK), and its Subsidiaries from time to time.

Arm Group means Arm, its Subsidiaries and holding companies from time to time, and the Subsidiaries of any holding company of Arm from time to time. Examples of Arm Group in a sentence

  • Each party may disclose Confidential Information to its Subsidiaries and service providers and, where such party is Arm, to the Arm Group, and its Subsidiaries and service providers and Arm Group may use such information, in each case solely for the purposes of the Agreement.

  • Where the Products comprise any software (including any materials in any digital format), Supplier hereby assigns to Arm Group, with full title guarantee, all copyright and other interests in the underlying software code in both executable and source (human- readable) forms, except to any elements of code which are Third Party Materials.

Related to Arm Group

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Company Subsidiary means a Subsidiary of the Company.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Minority Owned Business Enterprise or "MBE" means a firm awarded certification as a minority owned and controlled business in accordance with City Ordinances and Regulations as well as a firm awarded certification as a minority owned and controlled business by Cook County, Illinois. However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Cook County.

  • Group Entity means any of the Company and Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Target Company means each of the Company and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.
