Neither the Company nor ORA is aware of any reason why A.R.M. would be unwilling or unable to purchase the Property on the terms set forth in the A.R.M. Contract.
On or before the Closing Date the Company shall deposit in the Undelivered ARM Contract Subaccount and the Undelivered Fixed Rate Contract Subaccount the respective amounts specified in Section 2.02(k).
Other than the A.R.M.
