Arkansas Code Annotated definition

Arkansas Code Annotated and “ARK, CODE ▇▇▇.” shall mean and refer to the official compilation of the statutes, codes and session laws of the State of Arkansas of a public and general nature, as now existing and as amended hereafter, or any successor law. Likewise, any references to specific sections of the Arkansas Code Annotated shall include any subsequent amendments thereto or substitutions therefor.

  • When procuring a technology product or when soliciting the development of such a product, the State of Arkansas is required to comply with the provisions of Arkansas Code Annotated § ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ et seq., as amended by Act 308 of 2013, which expresses the policy of the State to provide individuals who are blind or visually impaired with access to information technology purchased in whole or in part with state funds.
