Related to ARHL

Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.
U.S. Subsidiary means any Subsidiary that is incorporated or organized under the laws of the United States, a state thereof or the District of Columbia.
Acquisition Subsidiary has the meaning specified in Section 7.14.
