ARH Systems shall have the meaning set forth at Section 6.9.

TWF1 is presently under contract to acquire all of the stock (the "ARH Stock") of ARH, which owns and operates cable television systems in the States of West Virginia and Texas (the "ARH Systems"), pursuant to the ARH Purchase Agreement.
All vehicles used or held for use in the operation of the Systems (except the ARH Systems) are described on Schedule 2.1(b)(i) and at Closing will be owned by an Asset Seller or an Operating Entity.
