Argonaut Securities definition

Argonaut Securities means, collectively, the Argonaut Shares, Argonaut Options, Argonaut DSUs, Argonaut PSUs and Argonaut RSUs;

Argonaut Securities means Argonaut Shares and Replacement Argonaut Options;

Argonaut Securities or "Lead Manager" means Argonaut Securities Pty Limited (ACN 108 330 650). "ASIC" means Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
