Arena Event definition

Arena Event refers to a sporting activity, exhibition or game, musical concert, theater event, convention, trade show, charitable event, political event, religious gathering and any such other event which takes place in or at the Arena and which is open to the general public.

Arena Event means any event sponsored or organized by Licensor and held at the Arena.

Arena Event means any revenue or non-revenue producing sports, entertainment, cultural or civic event or other activity (including related event set-up and take-down if such set- up and/or take-down requires the use of the Arena Spaces) that includes, but is not limited to events either (i) presented or held in the bowl (main seating) portion of the Arena, (ii) presented or held in any other portion of the Arena in a manner that precludes the use of the bowl (main seating) portion of the Arena for other events and activities or (iii) contracted use of the parking lots only as such use of the parking lots only may be agreed by Developer.

  • To be sure the City does not lose parking revenues, the Event Parking Rate will be the sum of (i) the twenty (20) largest Arena Events per year (subject to adjustment as provided below), times the City’s published Lumberworks Parking Garage Arena Event parking rate per Arena event for the upcoming year and (ii) the City’s published Lumberworks Parking Garage University of Nebraska Football Game season parking rate for all games for the upcoming year.

  • Blackout rights or other prevention of public display required by a league, conference or other governing body, or which are otherwise required by an owner, promoter or agent of an Arena Event, provided that KCP shall use reasonable commercially efforts to avoid such rights and requirements.

  • SMG shall provide a professional Arena Event management planning and control system tailored to the routine handling of the Arena Event management requirements for each principal type of Arena Event at the Arena.

  • Landlord will not, without Tenant’s prior approval (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed), schedule any event to be held on the Plaza during any Arena Event Period or make any changes to the Plaza.

  • Following any such release, upon the request of any Issuer to the Trustee (accompanied by an Officer’s Certificate and customary indemnity in favor of the Trustee), the Trustee shall promptly execute and/or cause the Collateral Agent and the Security Trustee to execute, all documents as any Issuer or any Guarantor may reasonably request to evidence such release, including, without limitation, such documents necessary to evidence the discharge the Ship Mortgages under the laws of the United States.

  • KCP shall use commercially reasonable efforts to include in all contracts (including leases and use agreements) involving the use of the Arena for any Arena Event open to the public or for the provision of services in connection with an Arena Event open to the public, which is entered into after the Naming Rights Effective Date, a requirement to refer to and identify the Arena as "Savvis Center" in all promotional, advertising and other material disseminated to the public by or on their behalf.

  • Landlord agrees not to charge Arena patrons with valid event tickets in City-owned or City-controlled lots during Arena Event Periods between October 1 and May 15 of each year.
