For the purposes of this Agreement, the terms "Common Area" or "Common Areas" shall refer to all land and fixtures and spaces (other than Our business and management offices) outside the Home that are owned and maintained by Us and comprise the single piece of real property (or the contiguous pieces of real property) that form the single community in which the Home is located.
The Declarant contemplates as a part of the development of Single Dwelling Lot Areas that it shall convey to the Homeowners' Association by deed or easement, areas of the Property or contiguous property which shall become a part of the Common Area or Common Areas which may be used for parks, trails, walking, jogging, biking, or other recreational uses.
