Area No. 5 definition
Area No. 5 means the premises on the 26th floor of the Building, as shown on Exhibit A-2 attached hereto and made a part hereof, which consist of 15,234 square feet of Rentable Area measured in accordance with the BOMA method of measurement as more fully described in Exhibit B to the Lease, less any portion thereof which Tenant may elect to include in Area No. 4 pursuant to Section l(e) above.
