Area B1 definition

Area B1 means the areas near Robe River coloured light green and marked “Area B1” on Plan 1 comprising the exploration licences granted under subclause (4) of Clause 9 in respect of the land previously the subject of exploration licences 47/636, 47/637 and 47/638;
Area B1 means the Magisterial Districts of Kuils River, Somerset West and Strand;

  • The Company the Co-Proponents and the Project Proponents shall at all times permit the State and third parties with the consent of the State (with or without stock, vehicles and rolling stock) to have access to and to pass over Area A, Area B1 and Area B2 (by separate route, page 80 Compare 11 Dec 2008 [00-b0-08] / 13 Aug 2020 [00-c0-01] road or railway) so long as that access and passage does not unduly prejudice or interfere with the activities of the Company and Project Proponents under this Agreement.
