Arconic definition

Arconic means Arconic Inc. (to be known as Howmet Aerospace Inc.), a Delaware corporation.
Arconic means Arconic Manufacturing (GB) Limited (company number 00633328) whose registered office is at 26A Atlas Way, Sheffield, S4 7QQ. “Buyer” means the individual, corporation or other legal entity that has submitted an Order to Arconic. “Order” means Buyer’s expressed desire, whether oral or written, to procure Goods from Arconic. “Goods” means all of the products, materials and related services that the Buyer desires to purchase from Arconic. The sale of the Goods that are the subject of an Order will be governed by these terms and conditions of sale (“Terms and Conditions”).
Arconic means Arconic Inc., which was formerly known as Aluminum Company of America and then Alcoa Inc. (formerly defined herein as “ACOA”).

  • If the Participant does not consent or later seek to revoke the Participant’s consent, the Participant’s employment status or service with the entity that employs the Participant will not be affected; the only consequence of refusing or withdrawing consent is that Arconic Corporation would not be able to grant the Award or any other equity award to the Participant or administer or maintain such awards.

  • Arconic Corporation and the Plan Administrator are based in the United States.

  • When Arconic Corporation no longer needs Personal Data for any of these purposes, Arconic Corporation will remove it from its systems.

  • The Participant understands that the Participant may, at any time, refuse or withdraw the consents herein, in any case without cost, by contacting in writing the Arconic Privacy Office at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.

  • Questions about the processing of personal data can be made to the Arconic Privacy Office at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.

  • If the Participant withdraws the Participant’s consent, Arconic Corporation will stop processing the Participant’s Personal Data for the purposes stated above unless to the extent necessary to comply with tax or other legal obligations in connection with Awards granted before the Participant withdrew the Participant’s consent.

  • Arconic Corporation will use Personal Data only as long as necessary to implement, administer and manage the Participant’s participation in the Plan, or as required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, including tax and securities laws.

Arconic referred in this general terms and conditions of supply to Arconic in China is Arconic (China) Investment Company Limited or any company that is a subsidiary of, an affiliate of, or related to Arconic (China) Investment Company Ltd. This Contract and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s acceptance of Supplier's performance under the Contract is expressly limited to and made conditional upon the exclusivity of these terms and conditions. Any proposal for additional or different terms or any attempt by Supplier to vary, in any degree, any of the terms of this Contract through Supplier's acceptance shall not operate as a rejection of this offer, but shall be deemed a material alteration hereof. This offer shall be deemed accepted by Supplier under these terms and conditions without any additional or different terms proposed by Supplier.
