ARCM. Arbor Realty Collateral Management, LLC, each of Arbor Realty Collateral Management, LLC’s permitted successors and assigns or any successor Person that shall have become the Loan Obligation Manager pursuant to the provisions of the Loan Obligation Management Agreement and thereafter “Loan Obligation Manager” shall mean such successor Person.

Examples of ARCM in a sentence

  • All consigned material returned to IBM must be listed on an Authorization for Return of Consigned Material (ARCM), Form Number 927-0342 (see Exhibit F).

  • All parts listed on an ARCM must accompany the ARCM and preferably unitized.

  • A bill ▇▇ lading should be enclosed and a notation that an ARCM is enclosed.
