Archiving Service definition

Archiving Service means a service able to store electronic Documents for the purposes of classification and subsequent online consultation throughout the archive commitment period chosen by Customer. The archive commitment period cannot be changed once Documents have been submitted to ▇▇▇▇▇ Service. Upon Customer request, ▇▇▇▇▇ may register Customer’s data onto a DVD-ROM or any other storage medium in line with current practices at the time of the request.
