ARCHIVES AND RECORD MANAGEMENT SERVICES means the City Department responsible for administering facilities and programs for the management and preservation of all Records, regardless of type, format or media, possessing both short-term and long-term administrative, financial, legal, and vital value; in addition to significant cultural and historical Records originating in or pertaining to the Vaughan Community.
