Architectural survey definition

Architectural survey means an intensive-level historic architectural survey completed by an architectural historian whose qualifications meet the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualifications Standards and related guidance as part of the larger Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines for Archaeology and Historic Preservation as referenced in 36 CRF 61, as amended and supplemented, incorporated herein by reference.
Architectural survey means a complete document of such similar title and intent that is executed, compiled, drafted by qualified historic preservation professionals and/or New Jersey licensed planning or building professionals in amethodology and format accepted and derived by the State of New Jersey Historic Preservation Office. One example that is herein referenced is the most current Architectural Survey of the City of Paterson.

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1001, and/or a firm employed by Owner or Design-Build Contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.
