Architectural projections definition

Architectural projections means protrusions of a building wall that are extended so as to create articulation of the exterior building wall.
Architectural projections means open structures such as porches, canopies, balconies, platforms, carports, covered patios, and similar architectural projections and shall be considered part of the building to which attached and shall not project into the required front, side, or rear yard.

  • Annual Projections is defined in Section 6.2(a).

  • Structural Engineer means the Engineer appointed or to be appointed from time to time by Promoter for the preparation of the structural design and drawings of the buildings .

  • Architectural coating means a coating applied to stationary structures and their appurtenances, to mobile homes, to pavements, or to curbs.

  • Detailed Specifications means the specifications for materials and works as specified in PWD BSR/ issued under the authority of PWD/ or as implied/added to or superseded by the special conditions.

  • Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).
