An architectural program is attached to this document as Attachment 3, Architectural Program.
The A/E shall not deviate from the [Alternative A: Architectural Program document] or [Alternative B: such] requirements without written approval from the Owner’s Designated Representative (“ODR”).
The Design Development Documents shall be consistent with the Architectural Program and the approved Schematic Design submittal, and shall include as a minimum all documentation required in Attachment 1 to the Agreement.
Monthly payments for the percentage of all Services complete up to ninety-five percent (95%) of the fee for the Phase; one hundred percent (100%) payment upon acceptance and approval of the Architectural Program.

The Architect shall review its findings with the Owner and Construction Manager and update the Architectural Program based thereon.
The Detailed Architectural Program will identify both quantitative (size of rooms, number of beds, etc.) and qualitative requirements (acoustical performance, access to daylight, security requirements, etc.).
