Architectural Program definition

Architectural Program means the program statement to be prepared by Architect, and approved by Developer and Owner in writing, that sets forth general descriptions and requirements of functions, elements, systems, areas and other program elements to be incorporated into the design of the Project, which program statement shall be a further development of the basic program attached hereto as Schedule G-2 to be developed as a Preliminary Service and thereafter shall form the basis for the preparation of the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, Design Development Documents and Construction Documents for the Project.
Architectural Program means that certain program of general descriptions and requirements desired by the Owner to be incorporated into the design of the Project and referred to in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, which shall be subject to further definition as the Work progresses and shall form the basis for the preparation of the Design Documents for the Project.

  • An architectural program is attached to this document as Attachment 3, Architectural Program.

  • The A/E shall not deviate from the [Alternative A: Architectural Program document] or [Alternative B: such] requirements without written approval from the Owner’s Designated Representative (“ODR”).

  • The A-E shall not deviate from the Architectural Program document requirements without written approval from the Owner’s Designated Representative (“ODR”).

  • Such Documents shall be in all respects consistent with the project schedule required in Subparagraph 1.3.3.2 and the amended Architectural Program required in Paragraph 2.3.1, and shall include as a minimum all documentation required in Attachment 1 to this Agreement.

  • The Architect shall review its findings with the Owner and Construction Manager and update the Architectural Program based thereon.

  • The Detailed Architectural Program will identify both quantitative (size of rooms, number of beds, etc.) and qualitative requirements (acoustical performance, access to daylight, security requirements, etc.).

  • Standing Charge Rate Indexation Formula A ÷ B x C Where: A = the average outturn of the Standing Index for the year to the most recent (i.e. immediately previous) October; B = the average outturn of the Standing Index for the year to the most recent but one (i.e. the immediately previous but one) October; AND C = the applicable Standing Charge (i.e. the day rate) inclusive of all prior indexation in the then current Contract Year.

Related to Architectural Program

  • Architectural services means those services described as the "practice of architecture," as defined in K.S.A. 74-7003, and amendments thereto.

  • Architectural coating means a coating applied to stationary structures and their appurtenances, to mobile homes, to pavements, or to curbs.

  • Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.

  • Structural Engineer means the Engineer appointed or to be appointed from time to time by Promoter for the preparation of the structural design and drawings of the buildings .

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.
