The Architect shall prepare and deliver to the Contractor such additional sets of Architectural Documents as the Contractor shall require, at the Contractor's expense.
All Architectural Documents, with the exception of one set for each party to the Contract and one set for the Authority, are to be returned to the Architect on request at the completion of the work.
