Architectural Costs definition

Architectural Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 hereof.

Examples of Architectural Costs in a sentence

  • Payment of all unamortized costs associated with this Lease, consisting of Tenant Improvements Costs, Commission Costs, Architectural Costs, Free Rent, Signage Costs, Refurbishment Costs, and any Miscellaneous Costs provided by Landlord; such amortization will be on a straight line basis over the term of the Lease.

  • All such excess TI Construction Costs and/or Architectural Costs shall constitute “Additional Rent” due hereunder within thirty (30) days after Tenant’s receipt of invoice(s) for such amounts.

  • Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord, promptly upon being billed periodically or otherwise, all TI Construction Costs in excess of the TI Allowance and all Architectural Costs in excess of the Architectural Allowance.
