Architectural Control ARC definition

Architectural Control ARC means those three or more individuals so designated from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Association. Those individuals appointed by the Board of Directors may be removed from the Architectural ARC at any time by the Board of Directors at its discretion. The Board of Directors may designate itself as the Architectural ARC.
