ARCHITECTURAL CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS means the final plans and specifications to complete the Work in the Leased Premises, including but not limited to details of the following: partitions, doors, electrical and telephone outlets, ceiling, lighting, millwork, finishes and carpeting.
