Architect’s Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.

Architect’s Representative means the Architect’s Representative appointed in a works contract; "Assignment" means that part of the Project undertaken by the Consultant as detailed in the Brief; "Brief" means the document attached to the Memorandum of Agreement which describes the Project and sets out the details of the Assignment.
