Architect-in-training means a candidate for registration as a

Architect-in-training means a candidate for registration as a professional architect who is a graduate of a school approved by the board or who has five years or more of education or experience, or both, in architectural work which that meets standards specified by the board in its rules. In addition, the candidate shall have passed the architect‑in‑training examination.
