ARC Traffic Documents definition

ARC Traffic Documents means all industry standard electronic forms and documents that ARC may provide to the Agency, in trust, for which the Agency is responsible. This term does not include the Airline’s own traffic documents;

Examples of ARC Traffic Documents in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Agreement, a merger, sale, or transfer of all, or substantially all, of Agent’s assets will constitute an assignment or transfer that requires ARC’s prior written approval if those assets include Agent’s rights and obligations granted in this agreement including, without limitation, Agent’s right to ARC Traffic Documents.

  • ARC will provide notice to System Providers to inhibit issuance of ARC Traffic Documents on that Carrier upon termination by the Carrier of an Agent’s (specific or general) appointment.

  • Notify System Providers to inhibit the issuance of ARC Traffic Documents by all of Agent’s Locations and all Agents under Common Control with Agent.

  • Notify System Providers to inhibit the issuance of ARC Traffic Documents by such Agent and all agents and locations under Common Control with the Agent.

  • Agent is not authorized to issue ARC Traffic Documents without the Carrier’s direct authority.

  • ARC may designate a representative to remove all ARC Traffic Documents (paper format) from Agent.

  • The Agent will appoint an attendant at the TFL location that is familiar with all facets of operating the TFL, including the security and accountability of the ARC Traffic Documents.

  • ARC will also notify System Providers to inhibit issuance of ARC Traffic Documents by Agent through the ARC Settlement Plan.

  • The attendant is the person responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of the ARC Traffic Documents at the TFL location and will be the primary contact for ARC at the TFL location.

  • The Agent, regardless of any security measures taken, assumes full and absolute liability, including attorneys’ fees, for any and all damage, expense or loss experienced by any Carrier, its officers, agents or employees for the loss, misapplication, misdirection, theft or forgery of ARC Traffic Documents assigned to the TFL’s ARC Number.

Related to ARC Traffic Documents

  • Public Documents As defined in Section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.

  • L/C Documents means the Letters of Credit, any draft or other document presented in connection with a drawing thereunder, the Applications and this Agreement.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • REMIC Documents The document or documents creating and governing the administration of a REMIC.

  • LC Documents means all applications, agreements and instruments relating to the Letters of Credit but excluding the Letters of Credit.
