ARC/RRC Rates definition

ARC/RRC Rates means the ARC Rates and the RRC Rates.

ARC/RRC Rates means the monetary rate per unit to be charged (or credited) by Supplier to HWAY for any Resource Unit consumption for each applicable Resource Unit above or below, as applicable, the applicable Resource Baseline according to the methodology defined in Section 2.4 below.

Examples of ARC/RRC Rates in a sentence

  • ACI may terminate this Agreement, by paying 75% of the then-applicable Termination Charge specified in Exhibit C-1 (Base Charges, Baselines, ARC/RRC Rates and Termination Charges), and by paying Wind Down Expenses, if there is a change in Applicable Law that makes receiving the Service impractical or would significantly increase the Charges for the Services.

  • In that event, on the effective date of the termination, ACI will pay to Vendor an amount calculated in accordance with Exhibit C-1 (Base Charges, Baselines, ARC/RRC Rates and Termination Charges) consisting of the sum of (A) the applicable Termination for Convenience Fee and (B) Wind Down Expenses.

  • The Vendor shall provide support for the Supported Servers and transport, as listed in the Circuit Listing in Exhibit C-1 (Base Charges, Baselines, ARC/RRC Rates and Termination Charges), that are associated with video conferencing.

  • Confidential Master Services Agreement (b) ACI may terminate this Agreement without liability, except for payment for Services already performed, by paying 50% of the then-applicable Termination Charge specified in Exhibit C-1 (Base Charges, Baselines, ARC/RRC Rates and Termination Charges), and by paying Wind Down Expenses, if there is a change in Applicable Law that makes receiving the Services illegal.

  • The Vendor will perform the Services within the physical boundaries of the WAN and LAN (including Supported Servers and transport, as listed in the Circuit Listing in Exhibit C-1 (Base Charges, Baselines, ARC/RRC Rates and Termination Charges), associated with video conferencing) as depicted in the Data Network Diagrams in this Exhibit, which describe components and boundaries of these Data Network Services.

  • As of the Service Tower Commencement Date, the Vendor will assume full operational and management responsibility for the “ACI Data Network”, as defined by the Data Network Diagrams in this Exhibit and as referenced in tab II.B Monthly Resource Baselines of Exhibit C-1 (Base Charges, Baselines, ARC/RRC Rates and Termination Charges) of Schedule C (Charges).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent damages payable by ACI under this Article 19 consist of compensation to Vendor for work performed by Vendor Personnel, such compensation shall be calculated Confidential Master Services Agreement using the time and material rates provided in Exhibit C-1 (Base Charges, Baselines, ARC/RRC Rates and Termination Charges).

  • References to Resource Baselines (or Exhibit C-2A), Annual Service Charges (or Exhibit C-3A), and ARC/RRC Rates (or Exhibit C-4A) in Amendment 7 shall be deemed references to the restated versions of Exhibits C-2, C-3, and C-4 attached to this Amendment No. 11 (as they may be later amended by the Parties).

  • In Sheet A-4.4 ARC/RRC Rates, updated ARC/RCC rates to include annual 2019 ECA adjustment; added New Resource Units per Work Order 302, and documented this change in the footnote in row 90.

  • As of the Effective Date, the Resource Units, Resource Baselines, ARC/RRC Rates and ARC/RRC Measurement Periods for each of the Service Towers are as set forth in Schedule D (Pricing Form) as applicable.
