ARC Rates definition

ARC Rates means the monetary rate per Resource Unit to be charged by Supplier to HWAY for any Resource Unit consumption for each applicable Resource Unit above the applicable Resource Baseline according to the formulas defined in Section 2.4 below.

Examples of ARC Rates in a sentence

  • The ARC rates for each Resource Unit for each Service Tower are set forth in Attachment 10.1.7 (Post-Transition Phase Fees – Additional Resource Charge (ARC) Rates by Service Tower).

  • The Resource Unit categories, Resource Baselines, ARC Rates and RRC Rates are described in Revision #1 of Schedule J and specified in the Supplement.

  • Service Charges under this MSA, including the Annual Services Charge, ARC Rates, RRC Rates and the Additional Services Rates will be reviewed by the Parties annually on the anniversary of the Effective Date, beginning on the second anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Supplier acknowledges that the ARC Rates for certain affected Resource Units will be reduced as a result of an increase in volumes, if any, resulting from such Customer Acquisition.

  • The Supplement which lists the ASC, Economic Change Adjustment, Baselines, Additional Resource Charges (ARC) Rates, Reduced Resource Charge (RRC) Rates, Transition Charges, Termination Charges and other applicable rates.

  • There shall be no Charge for CSC labor for projects designated as non-chargeable (i.e., projects included in the ASC and ARC Rates) pursuant to Section 6.1.

  • The ECA will be applied by recalculating all of the tabulated charges in Exhibit 4, Appendix A and thenceforth using the recalculated tables as the basis for the calculation of all Monthly Base Charges, ARC Rates and RRC Rates invoiced to City.

Related to ARC Rates

  • Interest Rates The interest rates per annum (calculated on a 360-day basis) applicable to the Pinnacle Credit Facilities will be, at the option of the Borrower as set forth below at either LIBOR or the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin set forth in the Fee Letter. The Borrower may select interest periods of one, two, three or six months (and, if agreed to by all relevant Pinnacle Credit Agreement Lenders for the Pinnacle Revolving Credit Facility or the Pinnacle Term Loan Facility, as applicable, nine or twelve months or such other period) for LIBOR advances. Interest shall be payable at the end of the selected interest period, but no less frequently than quarterly.

  • Benchmarked Rates means the Framework Prices for the Benchmarked Goods and/or Services

  • Advance Rates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(ii) hereof.

  • Comparable Rates means rates payable by the Comparison Group for Comparable Services so as to be fair comparable rate with the Framework Prices;
