ARC Rate definition

ARC Rate means, in relation to each Billable Resource Unit, the amount specified as the “ARC Rate” for that Billable Resource Unit on the applicable Supplement, as adjusted pursuant to the applicable Supplement.
ARC Rate means the per Resource Unit rate at which PacifiCare is charged for use of Resource Units above the Baseline.
ARC Rate means, in relation to each Billable Resource Unit, the amount specified as the “ARC Rate” for that Billable Resource Unit on Schedule 4.1, as adjusted pursuant to Section 12of Schedule 4.

Examples of ARC Rate in a sentence

  • If such technological advancements will have an effect on a Baseline, Supplier will normalize such affected Baseline, and the ARC Rate and/or RRC Rate so that PacifiCare receives the same or improved level of performance and the same or improved price performance as PacifiCare received under the methodology applicable to such Baseline, ARC Rate or RRC Rate.

  • For provision of less than substantially full Services, the applicable or most comparable ARC Rate shall apply.

  • If the total number of Actual RUs exceeds the aggregate Resource Baseline for such month by more than any applicable deadband, Supplier shall invoice Hercules for an Additional Resource Charge equal to the difference between the Actual RUs and the Resource Baseline, multiplied by the specific ARC Rate for the applicable Resource Unit category for the applicable Contract Year (i.e., ARC = [(Actual RUs - Resource Baseline) x ARC Rate]).

  • If the Actual RUs exceeds the Baseline for such period, WSI will pay IBM an ARC with the current or future charges (or, if no future charges will be due, make payment to IBM) equal to the product of the ARC Rate for the applicable category, as set forth in Exhibit C-3, multiplied by the difference between the Actual RUs for that category and the Baseline.


More Definitions of ARC Rate

ARC Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.0(n) of Schedule C-1.
ARC Rate has the meaning given in Exhibit 4.
ARC Rate means the rate provided in Schedule A-4.4 to be charged by Supplier to CoreLogic for any ARC for the applicable Resource Unit. The ARC Rate shall be equal to the RRC Rate.
ARC Rate means the monetary rate per unit to be charged by Service Provider to Customer for any Resource Unit consumption for each applicable Resource Unit [***] according to the formulas defined in Section 2.4(b) of Schedule E-1.
ARC Rate has the meaning set forth in the Charges Schedule.
ARC Rate means the amount to be paid by Newco for each Resource Unit above the applicable Resource Baseline that is consumed by Newco during a month. The “ARC Rate” for each Resource Category is set forth in Attachment C-2.

Related to ARC Rate

  • Basic Rate means the applicable basic minimum wage rate prevailing on the date 28 days prior to the latest date for submission of Tenders, by reason of any National or State Statute or Ordinance.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • Term ▇▇▇▇▇ Reference Rate means the forward-looking term rate based on ▇▇▇▇▇.

  • €STR Reference Rate means, in respect of any TARGET Business Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Euro Short-Term Rate ("€STR") for such TARGET Business Day as provided by the European Central Bank, as administrator of such rate (or any successor administrator of such rate), on the website of the European Central Bank initially at http://www.ecb.europa.eu, or any successor website officially designated by the European Central Bank (the "ECB's Website") (in each case, at the time specified by, or determined in accordance with, the applicable methodology, policies or guidelines on the TARGET Business Day immediately following such TARGET Business Day).
