Grantee shall prepare and submit to the ARC Project Coordinator, progress reports indicating the work accomplished under the agreement to date, any problems encountered and ameliorative actions taken, and a forecast of work for the next report period.

If a Participating Organisation is required to announce their involvement in an ARC Project to the Australian Securities Exchange, this must only be done once the Participating Organisation Agreement has been executed as per clause 11.
An annual report for this project shall be submitted by the Fiscal Agent to ARC, as required by the Memorandum of Agreement referenced in Article 1 on a schedule to be agreed to between the Fiscal Agent and the ARC Project Coordinator.
