ARC Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.14(a).
Examples of ARC Employees in a sentence
On or prior to the Closing Date or any Partial Deferred Closing as contemplated in Section 1.8, as applicable, (the “Applicable Closing Date”), ARC shall transfer the employment of any employees of the Business to any of the Subject Companies (the “ARC Employees”); provided that ARC shall be solely responsible for any severance pay or benefits that becomes due to any ARC Employees solely as a result of such transfer of employment.
