ARC Cluster definition
ARC Cluster means an area consisting of 2 or more ARCs, including the non-ARC barangays in the delineated area/cluster. This is a term that has been variously adopted by DAR since 2006 as a concept that allows inclusion of ARBs in non-ARC barangays in the vicinity of designed ARCs as well as within DARs programs and plans and non ARB populations within and outside ARCs;
