ARC Assignment and Amendment definition

ARC Assignment and Amendment means the deed of cession and delegation entered into or to be entered into between AA, ARC Fund and OA in terms whereof the rights and obligations of AA in terms of the Existing ARC and AA Subscription Agreement will be ceded, assigned and transferred to OA and which may also provide for amendments to the Existing ARC and AA Subscription Agreement;

  • Assignment and Conveyance Agreement As defined in Subsection 6.01.
