ARBU definition

ARBU means the Retail Units forecasted by ▇▇▇ based on detailing by ▇▇▇ sales force only, and no detailing by CRTX sales force Co-Promotion Fees: After the Commercial Launch Date, ▇▇▇ will pay CRTX the following Co-Promotion Fees:
ARBU means, for each Year, the number of Retail Units of Product forecasted to be sold by ▇▇▇ through retail sales channels in such Year that are based solely on detailing by DEY's sales force only (and no detailing by CRTX's sales force), as set forth in Schedule 1.5 attached.

  • ESMA means the European Securities and Markets Authority.

  • Crown means the government of the United Kingdom (including the Northern Ireland Assembly and Executive Committee, the Scottish Executive and the National Assembly for Wales), including, but not limited to, government ministers and government departments and particular bodies, persons, commissions or agencies from time to time carrying out functions on its behalf;

  • IMRO means the Irish Music Rights Organisation CLG.

  • CCMA means the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration established in terms of section 112 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995;

  • SAMR means the State Administration for Market Regulation of the PRC or, with respect to the issuance of any business license or filing or registration to be effected by or with the State Administration for Market Regulation, any Governmental Authority which is similarly competent to issue such business license or accept such filing or registration under the Laws of the PRC.
