Arbitrational Panel definition

Arbitrational Panel means a panel chosen from the Arbitration Committee to hear and determine the Claim, as further described in Section 10, and shall include any member of the Arbitration Committee of an Arbitration-Signatory Board appointed to conduct an Arbitration Hearing, and “Arbitrator(s)” means a Panelist or the Panelists on a particular Arbitration Panel.
