Arbitration Panels definition

Arbitration Panels means the panels created and maintained by REIWA to determine arbitration disputes pursuant to Article 34;

Examples of Arbitration Panels in a sentence

  • The parties agree to select two (2) neutral arbitrators to serve on the Expedited Arbitration Panels, with each arbitrator to provide one (1) date per month for hearings.

  • Enforcement of the Arbitration Panel's award shall be effected pursuant to California Civil Code Sections 1281 et seq.

  • Those individuals shall have expertise or experience in financial services law or practice, which may include the regulation of financial service suppliers, and shall comply with Annex 14-C (Code of Conduct for Members of Arbitration Panels and Mediators).

  • The Customer will have the right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Panels and Consumer Courts in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law for resolution of the disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
