The arbitration shall be conducted by and in accordance with the rules of the Judicial Arbitration Group.

If the parties have not agreed within ten (10) days of the notice for mediation of the mediator to be utilized at the Judicial Arbitration Group, the chief executive officer of the Judicial Arbitration Group shall designate the individual within its organization who will conduct the mediation.
