Arbitration Group definition

Arbitration Group means the arbitration group as defined in the Servicing Agreement and described in the procedures agreed from time to time between the Issuer, ART, Capital Dynamics, the Servicer, PEI N.V. and PEI (US) relating to the decision-making process in respect of the PRMC and the PEIC;

Examples of Arbitration Group in a sentence

  • The arbitration shall be conducted by and in accordance with the rules of the Judicial Arbitration Group.

  • Unless the specific language of the MOU is in conflict, the arbitration procedure shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Group.

  • If the parties have not agreed within ten (10) days of the notice for mediation of the mediator to be utilized at the Judicial Arbitration Group, the chief executive officer of the Judicial Arbitration Group shall designate the individual within its organization who will conduct the mediation.
