Arbitral Panel definition

Arbitral Panel has the meaning set forth in Section 27.5(b).
Arbitral Panel means an Arbitral Panel established pursuant to Article 14.7 of this Agreement; and
Arbitral Panel is defined in Section 19.04(ii). “Arbitration Rules” is defined in Section 19.04(ii).
