Arbitrage Services definition
Arbitrage Services mean the arbitrage rebate and liability calculation filings to be performed by Contractor as described in the work plan detailed in Exhibit “B-2” for items described in Exhibit “B.” Arbitrage Services do not include the examination of the City’s financial records in order to provide a professional opinion, except when related to providing services under this Agreement.
