ARB Extension definition
ARB Extension means the number of days (not exceeding sixty (60)) beyond the earlier of (x) August 15, 2000 or (y) ninety (90) days following application for such approval, that the Palo Alto Architectural Review Board (referred to in clause (III) of Subparagraph (b) above) approves the application submitted by Associates and referred to in said clause (III).
