ARB Agreement definition
ARB Agreement means that certain Stock Transfer Agreement (ARB), dated as of May 17, 2019, among Automotive Research Bureau Inc., NASCAR, New Holdco, LDK, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. France, BZF, the co-trustees of the WCF Family Trust (as defined therein) and the trustees of the BZF Trust (as defined therein).
