ARAP definition

ARAP or “Abbreviated Resettlement Action Plan” means the abbreviated resettlement action plan prepared by the Recipient on the basis of the RPF as the said document may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time with the prior written approval of the Association and subject to the initial consultation and disclosure requirements carried out on the ARAP.
ARAP means Aquatic Resource Alteration Permit, a permit that authorizes the alteration of properties of the waters of the State resulting from activities other than point source wastewater discharges.
ARAP means Aquatic Resources Alteration Permit “CFR” means Code of Federal Regulations.
