AR/AP Adjustment definition

AR/AP Adjustment means the difference between the amount of the Company's Accounts Receivable as of the Closing Date and the amount of the Company's Accounts Payable as of the Closing Date, as calculated and resolved in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06.

  • ▇▇▇▇▇ Adjustment means, with respect to ▇▇▇▇▇, 0.0326% per annum.

  • True-Up Adjustment means any Semi-Annual True-Up Adjustment or Interim True-Up Adjustment, as the case may be.

  • CPI Adjustment means the quotient of (i) the CPI for the month of January in the calendar year for which the CPI Adjustment is being determined, divided by (ii) the CPI for January of 2007.

  • Spread Adjustment means a mathematical or other adjustment to an alternate benchmark rate selected pursuant to Section 2.5(c) of the Agreement and such adjustment may be positive, negative, or zero, subject to the specific Spread Adjustments set forth in Section 2.5(c).

  • Tax Adjustment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.7.
