AR Aging Report definition

AR Aging Report means a written report of the payment status of Borrowers' accounts receivable, which report shall include the delinquency status, collectibility assessment, write downs or charge-offs, modification or extension of initial payment terms and such other information required by Agent, in form and substance reasonably required by Agent.
