Aquatic Center definition
Aquatic Center means swimming pools, spray pools, wading pools, whirlpools, spas and hot tubs, training-special use pools, flumes, waterslides, watercourse rides and wave pools, and other non-natural water recreation areas not specifically exempted from the scope of this chapter, together with buildings, appurtenances and equipment required or used in connection therewith.
Aquatic Center means the Aquatic Center located at 8625 Brandt Pike, Huber Heights, Ohio, owned by the City of Huber Heights (the "City") with a general operational season of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend of each year.
