Aquaculture Program definition

Aquaculture Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • As provided below, the JSC shall establish, monitor, and govern projects for the Aquaculture Program.

  • AquaBounty and its permitted sublicensees shall use the Intrexon Materials solely for purposes of the Aquaculture Program and not for any other purpose without the prior written consent of Intrexon.

  • Intrexon shall use, and shall require its sublicensees to use, Diligent Efforts in conducting any activities undertaken by Intrexon in support of any JSC-approved research plan for the Aquaculture Program.

  • The JSC shall review information and make recommendations as necessary to the Parties to implement the Aquaculture Program and, subject to Section 2.5, authorize activities of the Parties under the Aquaculture Program consistent with the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • AquaBounty now desires to become Intrexon’s exclusive channel collaborator with respect to such technology for the purpose of developing the Aquaculture Program (as defined herein), and Intrexon is willing to appoint AquaBounty as a channel collaborator in the Field (as defined herein, and subject to amendments to the definition as permitted herein) under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Related to Aquaculture Program

  • Aquaculture means the farming of aquatic organisms including fish, molluscs, crustaceans, other aquatic invertebrates and aquatic plants, from seedstock such as eggs, fry, fingerlings and larvae, by intervention in the rearing or growth processes to enhance production such as regular stocking, feeding, or protection from predators;

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Training program means a standardized medication

  • Apprenticeship program means a program registered with the U.S. Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training which contains the terms and conditions for the qualification, recruitment, selection, employment and training of apprentices, including the requirement for a written apprenticeship agreement.

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Research and development facility means an establishment engaged in laboratory, scientific, or experimental testing and development related to new products, new uses for existing products, or improving existing products. The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.

  • Child Care Program means a person or business that offers child care.

  • Non-Administrator Coordinated Home Care Program means a Coordinated Home Care Program which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or a Blue Cross Plan but has been certified as a home health agency in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Nursing program means a series of courses leading to an LPN certificate or an ADN degree provided through a Wyoming community college; or a BSN degree or a Master’s degree provided through the University of Wyoming; or, in the case of a candidate for a doctoral degree, provided through an institution offering the required nursing education courses under contract with the WICHE, or in a distance nursing education program provided through a university that is regionally accredited.

  • Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.

  • Research means a methodical investigation into a subject.

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture means any genetic material of plant origin of actual or potential value for food and agriculture.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.
