If there is any inconsistency between the obligations of the RTO with respect to Records and Recordkeeping in this Clause 9 and any obligations in the AQTF and/or the VET Quality Framework including the SNR as applicable, the obligations in the AQTF and/or the VET Quality Framework including the SNR as applicable, will apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
AQTF means the Australian Quality Training Framework as updated from time to time.

Under the AQTF, some documents will need to be kept for longer than twelve months.
