Subject to applicable written agreements, approved by the respective governing bodies of the Partners, Partners agree to collect, compile and share data and reports as mutually agreed and necessary for the proper planning, implementation and evaluation of the APZ initiative, ensuring that data-sharing practices maintain high ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
