APW Group definition
APW Group means APW Ltd and its subsidiaries and affiliates as may be the case from time to time
APW Group means AP WIP Investments, LLC and its consolidated subsidiaries.
APW Group means APW and the subsidiaries listed on Schedule 1.
Examples of APW Group in a sentence
All Tax Returns of the APW Group for periods beginning after the Distribution Date shall be filed by APW or the appropriate member of the APW Group, and all Tax Returns of the Affiliated Group of which API is a member for periods beginning after the Distribution Date shall be filed by API or the appropriate member of the Affiliated Group of which API is a member.
Except as otherwise provided in this ----------------------- Agreement, each member of the API Group and the APW Group shall be liable for its own Taxes required to be shown in a separate return of such member for any period filed with any Tax Authority.
