APTD definition

APTD means the Anhui Provincial Transport Department, established by Project Implementing Entity (Anhui), and to be maintained according to the provisions of paragraph 1(a) of Part A of Section I of the Schedule to the Project Agreement.
APTD means aid to the permanently and totally disabled under Title XIV of the Social Security Act.
