APSS definition

APSS means the eircom Approved Profit Sharing Scheme constituted by deed dated 31st March, 1999 (the APSS Trust Deed). Auditors means PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, KPMG, Deloitte & Touche or such other firm of independent public accountants of international standing which may be appointed by the Company in accordance with this Agreement as its auditors.
