APS Consultant definition

APS Consultant means a contractor to be retained by City for expert consulting services related to APS. The APS Consultant shall be an orientation and mobility specialist certified by the Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation and Education Professionals and an expert in APS.

  • City will consult Claimants on the selection of an APS Consultant during any APS Consultant selection process, including giving Claimants the opportunity to interview any proposed APS Consultant.
